Chef Jason is developing a Contemporary Northwest restaurant inspired by seasonal, local produce, and elegant and refined craft cooking. The menus will focus on the freshest vegetables, cooked with care and craft. Local seafood and meats will play a strong role in highlighting the region’s best farm fresh produce. Guests will find housemade pastas and cheeses, small shareable vegetable dishes, fresh shellfish and grilled meats, poultry and fish. The restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, in a setting inspired by the Modern Northwest Farmhouse. A lively, warm and welcoming place where fresh, clean and comfortable foods abound and are professionally and personally served by a genuine and courteous staff. The restaurant at the Lincoln Square Expansion will offer local wines, beers and spirits at the bar.
Chef Jason’s Craft Cocktail bar and lounge at the new Lincoln Square Expansion in Bellevue will bring a speakeasy feel and serious approach to the exploration of cocktail culture.
