Chef Jason applies the use of live fire, ash cooking, warm coals and smoking to the region’s best ingredients and serves them simply, in a vibrant and timeless setting. Located in the historic Hotel Max, Miller’s Guild represents a unique approach to craft cooking and cocktails for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 7 a.m. to midnight daily.
